Gala Fjellgrend is situated in the cultural center of Norway, close to the spectacular Winter Olympics area and within driving distance of fjord country (summertime) and the glaciers. This all-year resort offers a variety of activities that vary each season (contact the resort for details) and are organized by Gålå Ski and Summer Arena, for which they were awarded the "Product of the Year 1998" prize. Nearby is the Gålå Høgfjellshotell og Hytter, renowned for its superb Norwegian cuisine. The cabins, built in traditional Norwegian style, are fully equipped to a very high standard.
