Moosehead Cottage Resort Greenville, Maine

The biggest complaint is the staff treat out of towners very indiffernce and unfriendly. barbara did our check in and they're was no warm greetings from her or any of the staff that week. I noticed reprimand for a 17 year boy and his friend coming in to swim and where told they couldn't be in there without a parent. further i saw a hidden camera overlooking the pool which i believe is illegal to record people without they knowledge. being treated insensetivly by staff and made to feel unwelcomed gave me a bitter taste in my mouth. I've been a owner since '98 and it seems the resort puts more restriction on guest every year so less and less people are coming there. there was only two other cabins occupied and only one day did i see anyone else at the club house. The staff i believe have driven the customers away making the place a bore to visit if your hoping to meet new people vacationing. the resort was clean and people in the town are the most friendly i've ever seen. so expect disapointment from mcr with it's current employees.
