What is a New York Timeshare Resale? A New York timeshare resale is a resort ownership for sale by an individual, many times purchased directly from a timeshare resort. There are many reasons an owner may considered selling, including their economic situation, or perhaps a health issue. No matter the reason New York timeshares for sale via the timeshare resales market are always a great deal for anyone seeking to buy. After a short amount of research, people find resorts that sell the exact same unit for thousands of dollars more than they would have purchased had bought directly from an individual owner in teh resale market rather than buying from the resort.
