Mountain Club is located in Nainital district's most beautiful location, The June Estate. The Estate used to be a most sought after destination during the time of the Raj. The resort is surrounded by miles of dense oak woodland and provides spectacular views of the Bhimtal Valley. The surrounding forest is extremely rich in Himalayan wildlife and boasts a wide variety of native birds. Several treks lead through the forest to the lakes close by. The main building is of the British period and the new blocks are in keeping with the heritage, wooded look.
