Hyderabad is a city in southern India which is known for its culture, traditions, history and architectural monuments. The city is 536 metres above sea level on the southern bank of the river Musi. There is another city called Secunderabad connected to Hyderabad and they are called the "Twin Cities". Hyderabad has many places of tourist interest like the Charminar - a historical and architectural marvel, the Salar Jung Museum and Salar Jung III, contains 35,000 exhibits from all over the world. Visit the archaeological museum, the Golconda Fort and Nehru Zoological Park.
