La Feverie is a charming 18th century detached stone holiday cottage, located in stunning countryside with beautiful views across the River Elle Valley. Comfortably furnished, it retains many of its original characteristics including beamed ceilings and both wooden and traditional French tiled floors. It is an ideal location to rest and recharge or use as a base from which to explore some of Normandy's most historic and picturesque attractions.

The cottage is quite well set up and details are accurate. The access is difficult and the gate is very hard to manage each time you exit. Location is useful but the cottage was not very clean on our arrival. Carpets and rugs were very dusty and the log burner full of rubbish. The place needs a thorough 'bottoming'.We were instructed to clean thoroughly before we left and a list of jobs was given which we have never had to do before. The brochure indicates that we were free to walk the land but boundaries/paths were not shown and the place was very overgrown. As we were unsure of access we did not attempt it.
