Situated on the 2000 acre traditional Scottish Arbigland Estate with its outstanding natural beauty and rich diversity of wildlife, the estate forms part of the Nith Estuary Special Area of Conservation and Upper Solway Special Site of Scientific Interest. With the Nith Estuary at one end of the estate and the open Solway at the other, spend a day exploring from oozing mud to golden sand flats with shingle, rock pools, fossil beds, cliffs and caves.
