Everything at the restaurant playita was excellant. Food, service, ambiance, prices etc. You know it's a grat palce when so many of the help are long term employees and so many locals are also customers.There is one glaring exception: The beef steak served as part of their seafood and turf item on the menu. It is consistantly awfull! Much lower quaality than almost any other place we have frequented.They need to purchase a higher quality beef, cook it on an open flame grill and sear it properly. If not, just take it off the menu so as not to detract from an otherwise fine restaurant.
